More Shots from Last Week’s 4th
I’ve taken about 220 images in total on the 4th last week. Again, I was extremely disappointed that I didn’t take my tripod and have already prepared for next year by purchasing a Gorillapod Gripster Tripod on eBay. I’m sure I’ll get a lot of use of it before next year. The tripod is pretty cool as it allows you to wrap its flexible legs around any surface providing a steady platform for the camera. Over the weekend, Natalie area heading to Strathmere where I’ll take the new tripod for a spin.
R&R with Nat and the Nut
Natalie and I took a break from work this morning and spend the afternoon with Peanut. I’ve been hard at work staying up late and working on several freelance projects including one for Natalie’s company Quality Health and it was nice to wake up and take my mind away from all that for the day. We’re back at home now taking a break before we head out to a friend’s birthday party later tonight. Peanut is literally passed out.
From Hoboken to Jersey City
The anniversary of my move to Hoboken from Williamsburg came and went back in February. I was really excited for a couple of reasons. The convenient commute to work obviously being the first one. Even though getting adjusted to living Hoboken has taken quite a while, especially having just moved from a more diverse and multi cultured environment of Brooklyn, Hoboken does have a cozy-type of a feel.
